Plaza Mayor - Austere and Grand - This square is
one of the largest in Europe and has seen everything from public
executions, bullfights to Royal weddings - there are a few sidewalk cafes
- we chose one for our last meal in Spain. |

Botín - Hemmingway supposedly called it the
best in the world, and Goya supposedly washed dishes there before
succeeding as a painter. No we didn't eat here. |
